This photo features the early morning light peeking through the beautiful stained glass windows of St. Simon Stock receiving the Brown Scapular from Our Lady as well as a window of St. John of the Cross, both overlooking the Sanctuary in the Carmelite monastery in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. From their website: "On September 25, 1894, [the nuns] moved to their permanent location on Mount Pleasant Avenue, just a short distance away [from their original temporary house]. This monastery, originally built within the Morrill Estate, still stands today and is the oldest extant Carmelite monastery building in the United States."
